Bring along
Don’t forget your swimsuit, water bottle, and sun gear (hat, t-shirt, sunscreen). Additionally, it’s recommended to bring a strap for your glasses and water-shoes for climbing over the rocks.

You can meet us at the starting point in Stegna or request a pickup from your hotel.
Hotel pickup and drop off is available from: Afantou, Archangelos, Faliraki, Ialisos, Ixia, Kalithea, Kolympia, Koskinou, Kremasti and Rhodes Town (including cruise ships)
Please note
- Participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
- Some participants may face more difficulty than others in maintaining their balance. Nevertheless, it’s completely acceptable to sit and paddle, like a kayak.
- Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
